1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver to all major cities and towns across India. For remote areas, delivery availability will depend on our courier partners.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
You’ll receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
3. Delivery Time
Metro Cities: Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days (including 1–2 days processing time and 2–5 days transit time).
Rural/Remote Areas: Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 9 business days (including 1–2 days processing time and 3–7 days transit time).
Please note delivery times may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select orders with an additional ₹50 COD fee.
5. Order Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking link provided via email/SMS once the package is shipped. Alternatively, visit the “My Orders” section on our website.
6. Failed Deliveries
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping the order may require additional charges.
7. Damaged or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged package or find any item missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@babytwinkels.com, along with photos of the packaging and product.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified of the estimated delivery timeline at the time of purchase.
